Saint Vincent DePaul Society

St. Vincent de PaulSVDP is a nationwide catholic organization that provides service to the poor and needy and is active at Saint Raphael and Saint Patrick. Services include assistance with food, clothing and household items. All persons requesting assistance remain confidential. The Saint Vincent de Paul website is www.svdpusa.org.

Contributions
Your financial contributions enable our St. Vincent de Paul members to respond to needs in our downtown area. Please give generously to St. Raphael and St. Patrick St. Vincent de Paul funds.

Annual Fund Raiser
Each year in September, the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Dubuque sponsors a Walk for the Poor. Walkers are a visible sign to the community that steps to relieve the pain of poverty are important. Walkers are encouraged to make a personal menetary donation and collect from supporters as well. 100% of the money raised directs benefits people in the Dubuque area.

The walk is held at Murphy Park in Dubuque and is approximate 2 miles.
Registration begins at 8:30 and the walk begins at 9:30 with refreshments afterwards.
